they only want you when you're seventeen
i keep on thinking (stupidly might i add) that if
you have realised
i have changedthat you might want me. (again)
but i doubt you'd want this monster i've created.
(EDIT)
i don't know what the fuck i'm doing - talking to you again
someone just asked me if i loved you - and i said
i dont know love is. but this is the closest i've ever been to it.
i fckn want you to feel the same.
not again . just start.
if i changed, would you like me?
if i changed back, would you start to like me then?
i cant - i cant be anything with you.
we could never amount to anything.
but that doesn't stop me from hoping. (wishing)
were you just that sick & tired?
were you just..not that in love with me?
i think my personality has nothing now, just bland.
so that's why i need to be 'pretty'
to attract someone.
hence my evident insanely hideous obvious insecurity which pops out when im drunk.tipsy.high.
and i dont even think i am. At all.
i'm not nice. not sweet. not innocent.
if the nicest boy, the total boy next door didn't want me
who would?
the book - sushi central is a very upfront blunt 'in yo face' kind of book & i love it.
lets just find snippets for future references ../. just so i remember.its kills me that the lyrics of some sticky pop song can so totally reflect my exact thoughts and feelings. I mean it. It's really fucking annoyingnothing i've done is ever conceivably going to change the world. The only reason i'm here, it seems, is to stand around in clubs and at parties taking drugs and looking attractive. ...So maybe thats my only purpose. Anthony: Because i want to give myself to as many people as possible before i'm old and ugly and nobody wants me anymore. You know, Calvin, seriously, after a certain point, when we're not as young as this anymore, our lives will be pretty much over. There'll be nothing left. A new group of kids will come up to replace us and that will be that. Is there going to be anything left of us? No. Not even a memory.Clothes are important. The way you dress is the best way of projecting the person you are, or the person you want to be.Some of the time, when the events occurring in real life become too difficult to deal with, you can reduce them to other things, make them seem less significant. If you remove 'yourself' from yourself, if you can take a step back and see life as a movie, see you and others around you as characters in that movie, difficult situations become less difficult, painful memories don't hurt anymore because, after all, you're not really there.the author - Alasdair Duncan is definately a teenage angst genious - brilliant even.

She gulps them down, greedily - like it's her only ticket to sanity. Maybe it is. Maybe it isn't.
A temporary relief,
her temporary
relief - from the haunting memories, the dark secrets lingering in the back of her closet. There are just some things you can never tell. Because even if they say they will, they won't. They would never understand.
Colours rushing, cold breaths. Exhilerating.
Time flys by so fast. Too fast. She tries to prevent it from slipping from her fingertips. Prevent it from seeping through the cracks. Too caught up by this trivialty - she fails to realise the cracks in herself forming.
Try to stop time from slipping away and you'll just slip away with it.
Off the edge, 'out of the equation'.
